Quality assurance
Paper Quality Assurance for Export Orders
Reliable quality control starts with an approved specification and continues through incoming material, processing, finished-product checks, packing and shipment.
Documents matched to the product and order
Certificate and declaration availability depends on the grade, supplying mill, end use and destination market. We confirm the applicable document before treating a compliance claim as part of the order.
FSC Documentation
FSC claims and supporting documents are confirmed for the selected grade, supplying mill and order.
Independent Testing
Available inspection and laboratory options are matched to the specification and destination market.
Mill and Supplier Records
Applicable management-system and mill documents are checked for issuing entity and validity.
Food-Contact Support
Declarations or reports are confirmed against the intended food use and destination market.
Five-stage inspection process
1. Incoming material review
Check the supplied base paper or board against the agreed GSM, moisture, caliper, shade and visible-defect requirements.
2. In-process checks
Monitor width, cut quality, reel tension, sheet squareness and surface condition during slitting, sheeting or converting.
3. Finished-product inspection
Review finished sheets or reels and sample the measurable properties listed in the approved order specification.
4. Pre-shipment verification
Confirm quantity, labels, packing integrity, moisture protection and required shipping documents before loading.
5. Optional third-party verification
Discuss independent inspection or testing when the buyer or destination market requires additional evidence.
Measured properties and inspection equipment
