CKB (Coated Kraft Back) Overview
YOUNGSUN Coated Kraft Back Board (CKB) combines a multi-coated (triple-coated) white printing surface with a strong unbleached kraft reverse, delivering both attractive retail presentation and robust structural performance. Available in 200–350 gsm with common weights at 200, 235, 245, 255, 280, 300, 325, and 350 gsm, the board is hard-sized for demanding applications including cold storage, frozen food, and beverage packaging. The strong kraft reverse provides reliable tear and compression performance, while the high-quality coated top supports detailed printing and branding. The board can be supplied in sheets, reels, and custom sizes. Primary applications include beverage packaging, dry food cartons, frozen food packaging, cold storage packaging, toy boxes, shoe boxes, and tool packaging. Custom grammage, sheet or reel supply, size, cutting, and export packing are all supported. Food-contact certification is available upon request.
