Cup Paper Overview
YOUNGSUN Cupstock Board is a virgin-fibre paperboard developed specifically for cup making and food packaging conversion. Available from 160–330 gsm across twelve common weight points (160, 170, 190, 210, 230, 240, 250, 260, 280, 300, 310, and 330 gsm), the board offers a clean, uncoated printing surface with reliable forming performance for cup sidewalls and food container converting. It is compatible with both single-side and double-side PE coating for moisture and liquid barrier requirements. The virgin-fibre base is suitable for food packaging applications subject to required compliance documentation. Key applications include hot drink cups, cold drink cups, food containers, ice cream cups, and takeaway packaging. Custom grammage, sheet or reel supply, PE coating coordination, size, and packing are supported.

- Substrate: Bleached kraft / White board, 180–350 gsm
- PE coating: 1PE (cold cup) or 2PE (hot cup), 15–25 gsm per side
- Heat-seal temperature: 120–150°C
- Water resistance: ≥ 24 hours at 95°C (hot cup grade)
- Format: Reels, slit to converting width
- Food-grade: FDA 21 CFR 176.170, EU 1935/2004, GB 4806.8
