Foam Laminated Grey Board Overview
Foam Laminated Grey Board combines a 1.5–3.0 mm grey board base with 3 mm foam to create cushioned components for certificate folders and padded hardcover book covers. Three confirmed constructions are available: a two-layer board with exposed foam, a three-layer structure with 250 gsm grey top paper, and a three-layer structure with 180 gsm kraft top paper. The quoted base thickness refers to the grey board only, not the total finished laminate thickness.
