YOUNGSUN Greaseproof Paper is engineered to resist oil and grease penetration while maintaining suitable strength and converting performance for food-service applications. Available in 35–60 gsm with common weights at 35, 40, 50, and 60 gsm, the paper achieves 3M KIT level 6 or higher grease resistance for the referenced grade. Both white and natural color options are available, supplied in sheets, reels, and custom-cut formats. The paper provides good strength for wrapping, folding, bag making, and food handling, with white and natural options supporting different brand and sustainability aesthetics. Custom printing can be applied for branded sheets, wraps, and bags. Typical applications include bakery wrapping, burger and sandwich wraps, fried food liners, takeaway bags, tray liners, confectionery wrapping, and food interleaving. Custom grammage, color, sheet or reel supply, printing, and cut-sheet formats are available.

Is greaseproof paper the same as baking or silicone-coated paper?

No. Greaseproof paper is selected for resistance to oil and grease, but the product name alone does not confirm oven temperature resistance or a silicone release coating. For baking, confirm the exact grade, heat conditions and food-contact documentation.

Can greaseproof paper be custom printed?

Yes, selected white and natural grades can be printed and converted into wraps, liners, sheets or bags. Provide the artwork coverage, ink system, food-contact requirement, dimensions and converting method so printability can be checked.
