YOUNGSUN Color Card Paper is available in a broad range of standard, deep, and embossed colors, combining uniform shade consistency with clean converting performance for packaging, garment tags, stationery, and promotional applications. The grammage range spans 110–400 gsm, with common weights at 110, 150, 180, 230, 250, 300, 350, and 400 gsm. Standard sheet sizes are 787×1092 mm and 889×1194 mm, with supply in sheets, reels, and custom-cut sizes. Surface options include smooth uncoated and embossed textures. The paper delivers wide color selection for coordinated branding projects, consistent shade across repeat production runs, and good converting performance for cutting, folding, die-cutting, embossing, and lamination. It is compatible with hot stamping, screen printing, UV, and selected offset printing. Typical applications include hang tags, gift boxes, greeting cards, invitations, folders, book covers, and paper crafts. Custom color matching is available subject to order quantity, along with custom grammage, size, embossed textures, and packing.

Is color card paper dyed through or only printed on the surface?
The selected grade should be confirmed as through-dyed when a consistent cut edge is required. Surface-colored and laminated structures can look similar from the face but behave differently after die-cutting, creasing and folding, so approve the exact construction and color sample.
Which printing and finishing methods work on color card paper?
Hot foil stamping, screen printing, UV printing, embossing, die-cutting and selected offset processes are commonly evaluated. Ink opacity, foil adhesion, crease performance and color contrast should be tested on the chosen shade, texture and grammage before production.
What information is needed to quote color card paper?
Provide a physical sample, Pantone or color reference, grammage, smooth or embossed finish, sheet or reel dimensions, quantity per size, printing and finishing route, application and destination port. The current minimum is 5 metric tons per product per size.
