Duplex Board Overview
YOUNGSUN Duplex Board provides a smooth, coated white printing front side with an economical recycled grey reverse, making it ideal for high-volume packaging where print quality, converting efficiency, and cost control must be balanced. Available in 200–450 gsm, the board offers ISO 85%+ brightness on the coated top side with stiffness optimized for carton converting. It comes in grey back as standard, with white back available subject to order quantity. The printable white surface supports multicolor carton printing, while the recycled base balances packaging performance and cost. The board is suitable for die-cutting, scoring, folding, and gluing on automated lines. Typical applications include consumer product cartons, food secondary packaging, toy boxes, shoe boxes, household packaging, and display packaging. Food-grade options with barrier coating are also available. Custom grammage, size, sheet or reel supply, cutting, and export packing are supported.
