Black Paper Overview
YOUNGSUN supplies black paper in virgin-fibre and recycled-fibre grades, offering a comprehensive range from 80 gsm lightweight paper up to 1500 gsm laminated heavy board. The material features a uniform through-dyed black appearance — not surface-printed — ensuring clean cutting edges with no white line on cuts or folds, which is critical for premium packaging and printed products. Standard single-ply grades range from 80–600 gsm in uncoated black finish, with stock sheet sizes of 787×1092 mm and 889×1194 mm. The material performs exceptionally well with hot foil stamping, screen printing, UV printing, embossing, and lamination. Key applications span luxury rigid box lining and wrapping, photo albums, greeting cards, high-end retail shopping bags, business cards, presentation folders, and envelope inserts. Custom grammage, sheet size, virgin or recycled fibre selection, laminated heavy board construction, and custom packing are all available.
