Color Laminated Grey Board combines a rigid grey board base with colored woodfree paper or kraft paper facing, typically around 200 gsm. Buyers can specify black, white, kraft or another selected color, with colored/colored, colored/grey or colored/white front-and-back constructions. The board is supplied in custom sheet sizes and cut-to-size formats for rigid gift boxes, book covers, folders and presentation stationery. Color approval is based on a physical sample, so purchasing teams can confirm the facing shade and finished construction before production.

How do I choose the front and reverse construction?
Specify which surfaces remain visible in the finished box, cover or folder. Colored/colored is useful when both faces are exposed, while colored/grey or colored/white may suit wrapped or lined structures. Confirm the construction with a physical sample.
Does the stated thickness include the facing paper?
The order should state the required finished laminated thickness. Base board, facing paper, adhesive and pressing can affect final caliper, so agree the measurement method and tolerance before production.
How is a custom facing color approved?
Use a physical paper sample or agreed color reference and define the acceptable batch tolerance. Screen colors are not sufficient. If the surface will be printed, wrapped, folded or glued, test the actual facing paper first.
