YOUNGSUN Folding Box Board is a coated virgin-fibre paperboard (GC1/C1S Ivory Board) developed for high-quality printing and folding carton conversion. Regular-bulk (170–400 gsm) and high-bulk (195–345 gsm) options allow buyers to balance caliper, stiffness, print performance, and material yield. The board features a smooth, coated white printing surface on the front side with a light-treated reverse, delivering excellent brightness for detailed graphics, strong color reproduction, and premium carton presentation. It is engineered for reliable scoring, folding, die-cutting, and gluing on high-speed converting lines. Primary applications include cosmetic cartons, pharmaceutical boxes, retail packaging, food secondary packaging, and personal care packaging. Buyers can specify regular or high bulk, custom grammage, sheet or reel supply, custom cutting, and export packing.
